The deck has a propane grill and deck furniture to enjoy the woodsy setting. Its a good choice for skiing & snowboarding, just two minutes from Diamond Peak or pick the shuttle up right across the street. There are many amenities in Incline Village which are open to guests and charge a daily use fee. Some are free! Many hiking trails are nearby. Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks. The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.
