The open floor plan on the main level is a great entertaining space and offers a big-screen, high-definition television and WiFi internet, a large deck for grilling and relaxing plus a powder room. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom with king bed has an attached bath, while the two guest bedrooms share the guest bath. Enjoy this peaceful location, perfect for quiet time alone or visiting with friends and family. This serene wooded setting is a perfect vacation spot. Great central location allows you to walk, bike or drive to shopping, dining, beaches and other recreation just a few minutes down the road. The public beach at Sand Harbor is just 15 minutes away with a shuttle bus located a short distance from the condo. Our local Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive from the condo. The walking/bike path outside the condo door is just a short walk from the bike/walking path on Village Blvd., which intersects on Lakeshore for two miles of scenic walking or biking and about a 20-minute bike ride to Tunnel Creek Trail Head & the Tunnel Creek Cafe. For the skiers and boarders, Diamond Peak is a 5-minute drive with spectacular lake views. Shuttle buses are available to other nearby resorts. There are two eighteen-hole golf courses. The Championship course has a new club house & restaurant, pro shop, bar, snack bar, driving range and putting green. World-class hiking and biking trails are in abundance in and around the village. Whether looking to relax or seeking adventure, you're gonna love this place! Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks. The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.
